General Eligibility:
- Must be a current NYSC Corps Member serving in Abuja.
- Applicants should have no less than 10 months remaining in their service year.
- Must have attained an undergraduate qualification in a relevant field.
- Strong writing skills (to be tested during the application process).
- Creativity, verbal communication, and technical expertise where applicable.
- Proficiency in ICT, including Microsoft Office, design tools (e.g., Canva), and branding tools, is an added advantage.
Institution/Department-Specific Activities:
- Legal Services:
- Assist in drafting legal contracts, court processes, and petitions.
- Conduct legal research and support litigation processes.
- Provide administrative support in legal operations.
- Assist in regular content writing and update of websites and social media handles
Eligibility: Qualification in Law and called to the Nigerian Bar is compulsory.
- Research and Advocacy:
- Support research, advocacy, and policy development programs.
- Assist and facilitate in organizing training, education, and global networking events.
- Contribute to program implementation and multisector collaboration.
- Assist in regular content writing and update of websites and social media handles
Eligibility: Law or social sciences (preferably International Relations and Diplomatic Studies) graduates are desirable.
- Research and SDG Solutions:
- Facilitate and assist in organizing, webinars, workshops, conferences and summits.
- Conduct research and draft reports/publications.
- Contribute to programs promoting awareness and SDG initiatives.
- Assist in regular content writing and update of websites and social media handles
Eligibility: Law, international relations, or humanities graduates are desirable.
- Knowledge Dissemination:
- Support capacity-building programs and academic research.
- Assist in global collaboration and policy impact initiatives.
- Contribute to knowledge dissemination and training events.
- Assist in regular content writing and update of websites and social media handles
Eligibility: Graduates in education, law, or social sciences are desirable.
- Health Advocacy:
- Assist in health education programs and capacity-building initiatives.
- Support advocacy for healthcare access and sustainable development.
- Contribute to empowerment projects.
- Assist in proposal writing and grant application
- Assist in activities relating to compliance
Eligibility: Graduates in health sciences (preferably public health), law, or social sciences are desirable.
- HR/Administrative Duties:
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and HR records management.
- Support the development and implementation of administrative policies.
- Will handle stationeries, printing, and photocopying machines.
- Remind the CEO of deadlines, provide memos and notices, set up meetings, and may need to run some logistics
Eligibility: Graduates from any field with organizational skills are desirable. HR and secretariat experience is an added advantage.
- ICT/Social Media, Marketing & Branding:
- Design and manage branding and marketing content.
- Create social media posts, videos, and other promotional materials and designs using tools like Canva, Corel Draw and the likes
- Support website management and digital strategy.
Eligibility: ICT or computer science graduates are desirable but not compulsory if one can demonstrate strong proficiency in ICT tools and experience most especially in social media marketing, content writing, website development and design (video and web-design), and branding.
